This is based on a photo taken from the new bridge. The line of pinkish growth is a long stretch of reeds which crosses the often boggy, uncultivated fields. The yellow area is actually a bright green because it was mowed recently to allow for new growth. Hopefully, my artistic licence is still valid.
I’ve used quite a lot of stylus work to make lines for reference and location, and I’ve applied paint with fan brushes to flick it upwards in the manner of grasses. I’ve also used my finger to smooth some parts (the yellow field), and flat brushes and round ones to make the trees and other foliage. It seems to me it has a little more luminosity in real life.
